Meeting Immediate Needs Food, warmth and clothing are among the immediate needs that the Maine Sea Coast Mission meets for children, families and the elderly in Maine's Washington and Hancock Counties and off-shore islands. Volunteers also assist with home repair and other projects to improve the quality of life for those with meager resources.
